Returns & Refunds
What is the return policy?
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days from the date your order was delivered or purchased in person. Our policy varies on if the item arrived damage upon delivery or if damage occurred during use. Complimentary returns and exchanges will not be available for items damaged by misuse or improper care. Items that have been in possession of the customer after 30-days can be repaired for a fee.
Damaged upon Delivery?
You must report the damage within five days of delivery (according to your tracking timestamp) + Please email us at gumatasicollective@gmail.com or DM us on instagram @gumatasicollective with your name, email, and photographic proof of the damaged item.
Once verified, we will gladly send a replacement (subject to availability) OR provide store credit OR provide a refund. Reports made after the 5-day window will not be eligible for a replacement or credit.
30-Day Craftsmanship Warranty
We take pride in our handmade goods! If your item breaks due to a manufacturing defect (broken wire, loose jumpring, faulty clasp, etc.) within 30 days of purchase, we will repair it or give you store credit.
What's not covered: Accidental damage, improper care, any damage reported after 30 days of purchase/ delivery.
After our 30-Day Warranty Period
Accidents happen, and we want you to love your Guma’ Tasi pieces for a lifetime. IF your item becomes damaged after our 30-day warranty window, we offer repair services! Email or DM us a photo of the broken item. We will send you a quote for a small repair fee based on the materials required PLUS return shipping.
